PhantomExpress provides a technology platform that connects your self-custody wallets to payment card services provided by licensed partners. You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

To use certain features, you must create an account and complete identity verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

PhantomExpress does not charge annual fees for standard card use. Conversion fees may apply when crypto is exchanged for fiat at the point of sale. All applicable fees will be disclosed clearly before you confirm a transaction.

PhantomExpress is a financial technology platform, not a bank. We are not liable for losses arising from market volatility, unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your wallet, or actions of third-party custodians and card issuers.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes through the app or by email.
