How do I get a virtual or physical card?

After creating your account and connecting your wallet, complete the required card activation steps. Your virtual card is issued in minutes for online spending. You can also order a sleek physical card shipped globally.

Does it work with Apple Pay and Google Pay?

Yes. You can add your PhantomExpress card to Apple Pay and Google Pay for fast, contactless payments in stores and apps.

Are there fees to use the card?

How do I keep my card secure?

Your account is protected with encryption, fraud monitoring, multi-factor authentication, and biometric login. If you ever misplace your card, you can freeze it instantly from the app.

How long does physical card shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 10 business days. Express options are available for Plus and Premium users, with delivery in 2 to 5 business days depending on your region.
